7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We will refund your payment in full if you request it within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and we determine that our Service materially failed to perform as advertised due to a technical issue within our systems.
Important Clarifications (What This Covers)
This guarantee applies only to failures caused by MobileSMS.io (e.g., a platform outage or technical defect preventing SMS reception to numbers rented through our system during normal use).
This guarantee does NOT cover:
- Third-party platform filtering, blocks, or verification rejection (e.g., Google/Facebook/WhatsApp changing acceptance rules).
- Carrier/network actions outside our control (including routing delays or carrier-side filtering).
- User error (incorrect service selection, wrong country/app, not following instructions, misconfigured usage).
- Requests based solely on preference (e.g., “I don’t like this number/area code”).
- Issues that were resolved by returned Credits for a specific failed transaction (e.g., when a number fails to receive a code within the activation window and Credits are returned).
How to Request a Refund
Submit within 7 days of purchase:

Include:
- Name
- Order number
- Sign-up email
- Clear description of the issue (screenshots/logs help)
- Approximate timestamps of failed attempts (optional but helpful)
Fair-Use & Anti-Abuse Clause (No Refunds for Abuse)
The guarantee is void if you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Requesting large quantities of numbers without legitimate usage (no meaningful SMS reception attempts).
- Excessive or high-volume API/scripted requests that do not reflect normal user behavior or do not result in legitimate SMS reception.
- Activity that appears fraudulent, spam-related, intended to harm MobileSMS.io, or intended to violate third-party platform rules (including account farming/ban evasion).
We may suspend or permanently ban abusive accounts without notice. All remaining credits are forfeited and no refunds will be issued (to the extent permitted by law).
Account Closure
Do not close your dashboard account until the refund is processed. Closing your account early may forfeit credits and end refund eligibility.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before we can review your request, your refund request may be denied and your account may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Timing
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours. We will confirm by email once complete. Banks/payment processors may take additional time to post the refund.
After 7 Days
Refund requests received after the 7-day window will not be considered, except where required by applicable law.
