These guidelines apply to official agencies submitting formal requests for records from MobileSMS.io.

Requests for User Information

In line with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, we do not disclose non-public user information unless lawfully required by a valid legal process such as a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or similar legal demand. Upon receiving valid legal documentation, we will search for and disclose clearly specified user information we can reasonably locate.

We cannot process overly broad or unclear requests. To expedite your request, please provide as many specific details as possible to identify the relevant MobileSMS.io accounts, including user email addresses, phone numbers, transaction details, and dates.

Submitting Requests

Authorized agencies can submit legal requests via email or postal mail. Please note that submission through these methods is provided solely for convenience and does not waive our rights to object, including objections related to jurisdiction or proper service.

Currently, our standard response time is approximately 7–10 days from receipt of valid legal process. Requests submitted via email typically receive quicker processing compared to postal submissions, which may experience inherent delays.

  • MobileSMS.io does not accept service of legal process through customer support channels.
  • We do not respond to inquiries from non-official agencies submitted through these compliance channels.
