I have credits in my account, but it’s asking me to add more when I try to purchase a long-term rental. What should I do?

If you already have credits in your account, you should be able to use them for purchasing a long-term rental number. During checkout, make sure to select the ‘Account Funds’ option as your payment method instead of using a credit card or cryptocurrency.

If the ‘Account Funds’ option isn’t visible:

  1. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
  2. Log out and then log back into the MobileSMS.io Dashboard.
