Deleting your MobileSMS.io account is a straightforward process, but it is permanent:
- Log in to Your Dashboard: Access your account settings by logging into MobileSMS.io.
- Navigate to “My Account”: In the account settings, locate the “My Account” or “Account Settings” section.
- Close Account:
- Click on the “Close Account” option.
- A prompt will remind you that this action is irreversible and will permanently erase your data, including remaining credits and verification history.
- Confirmation: After clicking “Close Account,” you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address. You must click the confirmation link in the email to finalize the account deletion. If you do not confirm, your account will remain active.
Important Notes:
- All remaining credits on your account will be permanently lost and are non-refundable once the account is deleted.
- Refunds or credit transfers are not available after deletion, so we recommend contacting support before proceeding if you have a balance or unresolved issues.
- Usage history and other account-related data will be permanently erased, and this action cannot be reversed.
