Long-term rentals give you a dedicated, real SIM-card number for extended use. They’re ideal if you expect multiple SMS codes, frequent re-verifications, or ongoing access across one or more platforms.
Choosing the Right Long-Term Rental Option #
MobileSMS.io offers two long-term rental types: Single-Service and All Services Premium.
Single-Service Long-Term Rental #
Best if you only need one platform (example: WhatsApp only, Telegram only, Google only).

All Services Premium Long-Term Rental #
Best if you want one dedicated number that can work across multiple platforms (subject to each platform’s rules), or if a team needs shared access to codes.
- Usage: Unlimited SMS across multiple platforms
- Always Active: No start/stop sessions—your number can receive SMS anytime
- Team-friendly: Supports Slack/Discord forwarding for real-time code sharing

How to Get a Long-Term Number #
- Create an account and log in
- Top up credits (minimum deposit is typically $5)
- Choose Long-Term, then select Single-Service or All Services Premium
- Pick your country and duration
- Your number is assigned automatically—use it for verification
How SMS Delivery Works #
- Dashboard: Incoming SMS appears in real time in your account
- Premium option: Forward codes to Slack/Discord via a webhook so your team can see them instantly
Slack/Discord Integration (Premium Only) #
Slack/Discord forwarding is available for All Services Premium rentals, using a webhook-based integration.
Typical setup is simple: enable the integration in your dashboard and paste in your Slack/Discord webhook details.
Renewing or Extending Rentals #
- Manual renewal: Renew from your dashboard using your account credits (credits are deducted when a rental is activated or renewed).
- Auto-renewal: Available when paying by credit/debit card, to prevent interruptions.
- Live pricing note: Full pricing and availability are always visible in the dashboard and can change over time.
Important Notes #
- Reuse: Long-term rental numbers are reusable throughout the rental period (within the allowed platforms).
- One-way SMS: MobileSMS.io is receive-only (two-way SMS is not supported).
- Fair use: “Unlimited” applies within reasonable usage—abuse (spam/fraud) can trigger restrictions.
- Compliance: You’re responsible for following platform rules and local laws (fraud/abuse is not allowed).
