- The guarantee is void if you violate our Terms and Conditions.
- Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Requesting large quantities of numbers and not using them.

- Activity that appears fraudulent, spam‑related, or intended to harm MobileSMS.io or third‑party platforms.
- We may suspend or permanently ban abusive accounts without notice. All remaining credits are forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
Account Closure
Do not close your dashboard account until the refund is processed. Closing it early forfeits all credits and ends refund eligibility.
Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 24 – 48 hours. We will confirm by email once complete.
After 7 Days
Refund requests received after the 7‑day window will not be considered.
