1. 7-day rental for a single service (non-renewable):
   Perfect for short-term needs, this option allows you to receive unlimited SMS verification codes from a specific service. The rental period is fixed at 7 days and cannot be extended.

2. 30-day rental for a single service:
   This option provides unlimited SMS verification codes for one specific service over a 30-day period. It’s ideal if you need continuous access to one service for a month.

3. 30-day rental for All Services:
   With this option, you can receive unlimited SMS verification codes from multiple services over 30 days. However, you will need to activate the number in your MobileSMS.io dashboard before retrieving SMS codes. The activation ensures that all incoming messages are available when you’re ready to view them.

4. 30-day rental for All Services Premium:
   Our most convenient option, this number is always active, meaning you never need to manually activate it. You can immediately start receiving SMS codes from any service—plus, with integration, you can have SMS codes sent directly to your Slack or Discord channels. This option is extendable monthly for continuous use.

The main difference between the “All Services” and “All Services Premium” phone number rentals lies in how they handle SMS code retrieval and convenience:

• “All Services”:
  This option allows you to use the number for any service during the 30-day rental period. However, to start receiving and viewing SMS codes, you must first activate the number by clicking the “Activate” button in your MobileSMS.io dashboard. Once activated, all SMS codes are accessible.

• “All Services Premium”:
  This premium option is always active, meaning no manual activation is required. The number is ready to receive SMS codes from any service immediately after rental. Additionally, with Slack or Discord integration, you can have SMS codes sent directly to these channels. This option also includes other premium benefits like priority support and enhanced privacy features.

For the 30-day rental for All Services (non-premium), after your number is assigned, it begins receiving SMS codes immediately. However, to view and retrieve these SMS codes, you need to click the “Activate” button in your MobileSMS.io dashboard.

This does not mean that the SMS codes are lost or unavailable—they are stored and waiting for you. Once you click “Activate,” the messages will be downloaded and visible in your dashboard. This process ensures that you have control over when you access your SMS codes.

For the 30-day All Services Premium, no activation is required. The number is always active, and the SMS codes will be sent directly to your MobileSMS.io dashboard or to Slack/Discord if you’ve set up integrations.

Getting a long-term number from MobileSMS.io is simple:

1. Sign Up: Create an account on our website at MobileSMS.io.
2. Choose Your Plan: Navigate to the “Long Term Rental” section in your dashboard and select the rental plan that suits your needs—whether it’s the 7-day rental, 30-day rental for one service, or 30-day rental for all services.
3. Complete Payment: Follow the payment process to top up your account and secure your rental.
4. Start Using Your Number: Depending on your plan, your number will either be automatically ready to use (All Services Premium) or available once activated in the dashboard (All Services). For 7-day or 30-day single service plans, no activation is required.

You can start receiving SMS verification codes right away, or set up integrations to receive codes directly in Slack or Discord.

You can renew your long-term number indefinitely for both the 30-day rental options (single service or all services). Simply choose the renewal option in your dashboard before your rental period expires to continue using the same number seamlessly.

• 30-day rentals: Both the “single service” and “all services” numbers can be renewed on a monthly basis for as long as you need.
• 7-day rentals: These are non-renewable and fixed for a one-time 7-day period.

If you want continuous service without interruption, we recommend enabling auto-renewal for your 30-day rentals.

With a long-term rental from MobileSMS.io, you can receive unlimited SMS verification codes within your rental period, whether it’s a 7-day or 30-day plan. However, please note that this is subject to our fair use policy—meaning the service is designed for regular usage, and excessive or abusive use may result in restrictions.

• 7-day rentals: Receive unlimited SMS codes from a single service.
• 30-day rentals: Depending on your plan, you can receive unlimited SMS codes from either one service or multiple services (for All Services plans).

No, not by default. However, we offer an auto-renewal feature for long-term rentals. You can easily enable this option during the signup process or through your account settings. This ensures that your rental will automatically renew at the end of the rental period, providing continuous service without any interruption.

• 30-day rental for all services: Yes, with this option, you can use the number for any website or app that requires SMS verification. It’s versatile and ideal for managing multiple accounts across different platforms.

• 7-day and 30-day rental for one service: These options are limited to a single service, meaning you can only use the number for one specific website or app during the rental period.

You can cancel your long-term rental at any time through your account dashboard. Simply navigate to the rental section and select the cancel option. Keep in mind that no refunds are provided for any unused rental period.

• If auto-renewal is not enabled, your number will automatically expire at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, your long-term number is typically assigned within a few minutes. You will receive a notification when your number is ready for use.

During busy periods, please allow up to 48 hours for the number to be assigned. Most users receive their number within an hour, but the process may take longer due to demand as these are real SIM-card numbers.

Yes, auto-renewal is available for all long-term numbers. You can enable this feature during the initial setup or later in your account settings to ensure uninterrupted service without having to manually renew each month.
